When we first arrived we had some problems with our booking but it eventually got fixed. Spa facilities in the Varadero hotel include Turkish steam bath, a hot tub and an outdoor swimming pool. Be careful, as the beach hotel were being taken by other guests..I guess for the deposit fee. The entertainment staff was delightful, with a variety of activities offered throughout the day.
